War is business that is profitable. Every year milliards of dollars are earned by selling weapons. Not only waring parties are to blame killing innocent people and civil population. Industry nations are in the dock, too. It is them selling and delivering deadly weapons into conflict areas. It is them to make possible insanity of war and bloodshed.

But there is more to it than that. A special kind of human species finds its place among all this struggling: mercenary soldiers. Men earning money by killing men. They have sold their souls to the devil or better said to death. Not asking why they are running around and shooting the ones according to the order of their payor. For them first order is the fun with killing, second order is account balance.

Krieg ist ein sehr erträgliches Geschäft. Jahr für Jahr werden Milliarden Umsatz mit Waffen erzielt. Nicht nur die Kriegsparteien machen sich schuldig, indem sie unschuldige Menschen abschlachten. Auch die Industrienationen, die diesen Wahnsinn mit ihren Warenlieferungen erst ermöglichen, sitzen auf der Anklagebank.

In all diesem Kampfgetümmel findet eine ganz spezielle Spezies Mensch ihren Platz: Söldner. Menschen, die ihr Geld damit verdienen, andere zu töten. Sie haben ihre Seelen dem Teufel verkauft. Oder besser gesagt dem Tod. Sie fragen nicht danach, wer erschossen werden soll und was das Opfer Böses getan hat. Sie folgen nur den Anweisungen ihrer Geldgebers. Lediglich zwei Dinge scheinen ihnen am Herzen zu liegen: der Spaß zu töten und der Kontostand.
